Hello, I'm Janet King, creator of Sparkles the Magical Clown - an enchanting somewhat silly, and quite mischievous character that has been a well loved attraction at children's birthday parties in Sandton and surrounds for many years.

Knowing how difficult it is to find age appropriate children's entertainment online, I've designed Sparkles specifically to captivate the 4 to 6 year old age group.

The content of the show has been inspired by Disney cartoons from the 70's and 80's.  These are the programs that I loved and laughed at when I was a child. Sparkles uses similar techniques to elicit laughter from the children at your birthday party.

 

Instead of the bold coloured wigs and make-up worn by circus clowns Sparkles dons subtle make-up and natural hair.  This is less frightening for little children.  Yet the bright complementary colours of Sparkles costumes creates a cartoon-like image that is visually irresistible for any child.
